Stage 1 : WELDING THE LOWER SEAM EDGE BEFORE THE SEAMS ARE WELDED ,THEY ARE TACH-WELDED EVERY 2-3 m, WHICH ENSURES UNIFORM SEAM OVERLAP. WELDING IS THEN CARRIED OUT IN TWO PASSES. DURING THE FIRST PASS, ONLY THE LOWER SEAM EDGE IS WELDED TO PREVENT THE HOT AIR FROM ESCAPING DURING THE ACTUAL WELDING PASS. Stage 2 : WELDING THE SEAM AS THE HOT AIR IS BEING APPLIED , THE SEAM MUST AT THE SAME TIME BE ROLLED FLAT TO THE MEMBRANE EDGE USING THE PRESSURE ROLLER. ![]()
