DESJOYAUX PUMP 3 YEAR PUMP WARRANTY
The pump shipped with the filtration panel bears a 3 year warranty from the date of installation, as long as the system was installed according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Desjoyaux Pools will not warranty pump components if the pump has been flooded.
DRAINS MUST BE INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED .
DESJOYAUX CONTROL BOX 2 YEAR CONTROL BOX WARRANTY
The Control Box has a 2 year warranty provided it has been installed by a certified electrician according to the manufacturer's specifications.
The Control Box is specifically designed to run with the Desjoyaux Pumps & Level Detector.
Warranty will be voided if the Control Box is used and wired to run other electrical devices.
DESJOYAUX FILTRATION UNIT 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON STRUCTURAL PARTS OF THE FILTRATION UNIT
Structural Parts of the Filtration Unit have a 10 year warranty provided it has been installed according to the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty does not cover visual blemishes, scratches, stains or any other cosmetic damage to the Filtration Unit.
2 YEAR WARRANTY ON NON-STRUCTURAL PARTS OF THE FILTRATION UNIT
Non structural parts of the Filtration Unit such as hydraulic parts, manifolds, air buttons, pipes, lids have 2 year warranty provided it has been installed according to the manufacturer's specifications .
1 YEAR WARRANTY ON ACCESSORIES
Accessories such as skimmer & return face plates, baskets, rings, filtering bags have a 1 year warranty , only in case of a normal use as defined in our owner's manual. Normal wear and tear of these items is not covered by our warranty.
DESJOYAUX STRUCTURAL PANELS LIFETIME-LIMITED ( TRANSFERABLE ) STRUCTURAL PANELS WARRANTY
The Desjoyaux wall structure has a lifetime warranty provided it has been installed according to the manufacturer's specifications. Desjoyaux pools warrants that its structural panel will not split, break, rip, corrode, mildew rust or tear apart beyond use for as long as they are owned by the original purchaser and a properly registered second owner. The lifetime warranty is one time transferable.
DESJOYAUX 9' ROMAN STAIR 25 YEAR LIMITED ROMAN STAIR WARRANTY
Desjoyaux stairs have a 25 year warranty provided they have been installed according to the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, visual blemishes, scratches, stains or any other cosmetic damage to the 9' Roman Stair.
